DURATION OF AGREEMENT

A. This Agreement shall be effective as of October 15, 2019, and shall continue in full force and effect up to and including October 15, 2023.

B. It shall automatically be renewed from year to year thereafter unless either party shall notify the other in writing at least 90 days prior to the expiration of this Agreement.
