SIDE LETTER 16. Life Insurance

TAUP agrees that the past practice of providing bargaining unit members with $2000.00 life insurance upon election of participation in the university’s Post-Retirement Medical Program will be discontinued for any new faculty electing to participate after May 1, 2006. Any TAUP bargaining unit member who has previously enrolled in this program will continue to receive this benefit, providing they continue to participate in the program for the required ten-year period.
